Made with dried chile powder, mustard, and Very Muy Rico Pineapple Garlic Reaper Hot Sauce, it's sure to pack a punch. Best of all, it's easy to make - just follow these simple directions.

  • 12 chicken eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chile powder (we used Ancho chile)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard (whichever is your favorite)
  • 1 teaspoon Very Muy Rico Pineapple Garlic Reaper Hot Sauce (more if you want it extra spicy!)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pickled jalapeños (or cilantro) for garnish

  • Bring some water to a boil in a large pot.
  • Add the 12 eggs and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Take eggs out of boiling water and place them in an ice bath and let cool for a bit.
  • Peel all 12 eggs! Yay!
  • Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop the yolks into a bowl. Set the egg white halves, hollow side up, on a serving platter and set aside.
  • Add the mayo, chile powder, mustard and hot sauce to the yolks and stir until no lumps remain then season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon the yolk mixture into each egg white half.
  • Garnish with pickled jalapeños.

Makes 24 deviled eggs; serves 8-ish.
