  • 4 cups shrimp 
  • 2 limes
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1 medium red onion 
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • ½ teaspoon salt 
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Dash of white vinegar 
  • Saltine crackers or tortilla chips
  • 1 teaspoon Very Muy Rico Pineapple Garlic Reaper Hot Sauce (more if you want it extra spicy!)


  • Clean the shrimp and take off all legs and shells. You can either leave the shrimp whole or cut them into halves. 
  • Dice the onion, avocado, and tomato into ¼ inch pieces and combine in a large bowl. Sprinkle some salt over the mixture and squeeze half a lime over it. 
  • Add the shrimp to the veggie mixture.
  • Chop up a quarter cup of fresh cilantro and add it to the bowl along with a dash of salt, juice from another half of lime, a splash of white vinegar, and about a teaspoon of Very Muy Rico Hot Sauce.
  • Mix thoroughly. Add more salt or lime if needed.
  • For best results let the mixture sit in the fridge overnight to let the flavors come together.
  • Serve the ceviche on a tortilla chip or saltine crackers with a splash of hot sauce!
